E & E Plumbing and Heating was founded in 1976 by E.N. Eavers of Stuarts Draft, Virginia. The Current owners, John and Buddy Rorrer purchased the company in April of 1990. In the last 17 years E&E has grown from 3 employees to 60. E & E was built on the simple but important philosophy of customer satisfaction at any price.
